The Buckle Tai Carrier
The Buckle Tai is a buckling mei tai. This includes a sleep hood and fabric of your choice. It holds up to about 50lbs. I still carry my almost 5 year old in mine. There is padding on the shoulders, around the waist, and by the legs of your little ones.
